We created the Dandelion Nutrition Agency to function within the context of our artistic practice a little piece of land, and to this end we created a visually rich backdrop to our table illustrating the biodiversity of the site of our practice, dressed our table with physical infographics regarding the chemical impact of the vast range of domestic weed-killers targeted at dandelions, versus the vitamin and mineral content of the plant itself, and produced artist`s multiples in the form of pin badges, illustrated recipe leaflets and photostrip documentation of performance installation work Wild Weed Kitchen, which were free for members of the public to take away. Throughout this, we were present at our table to answer questions and enter into dialogue with people at the event
